Remember when it was flailing around in congress, he said he did not care what it wound up being finally....just get something passed. And they did. And he can claim that.

But just like all the other MAJOR issues, whether anything really comes to reality or expectation simply does not bother Obama. Politicians have the attention span of a gnat. And an intention span even smaller.The proof is in the end results (not ocurring.....consistently).
