buggyone, ain't never gonna happen with the mail order permits. Way to much money involved. Now you might have a chance on the re-qual part. That would really help all the insturctors make more money, pay more taxes, so that might have a chance.

Just out of curiosity what would be your training requirements for the re-qual? Would you have them do the same qual as when it is first issued. Before the meeting, you really need to take the CCW class to see what goes on and what the requirements are. Going into a meeting to get a law changed cold is not the way to get anything done. You need to know what takes place in the first place to make changes to the second place.

Also get a copy of the current statute that covers all the requirements for concealed carry and also what is required to become an insturctor for the concealed carry. Two very different statutes. Talking from a positioin of knowledge when getting something changed is helpful for your cause. You might also want to get information on how many Florida Out of State permit holders have been arrested for FIREARMS violations only, they are the only ones that will count and how many permits have been issued. That will tell you if there is a problem.

No I will not help you with this cause and I do have all that information. Find it just like I did. You will be disappointed in the numbers because it really is a non-problem.
