I'm used to on a Friday night not having less than a 90 minute wait at most restaurants and during rush hour which runs from 6am to 9:30 am it can take up to an hour to go 20 miles on the highway.

Besides I'm currently retired so what is my hurry..........

Momesue,

100% agree with you. My wife and I moved to The Villages 2 years ago from Silver Spring. We really enjoy being able to get in the golf cart and be at entertainment, church, shopping, or restaurants within a leisurely 15 minute golf cart ride. No need to get on the Beltway, Rockville Pike, Georgia Avenue, or Columbia Pike in rush hour traffic to get anywhere.

Where in the DC area were you?
