I know someone who told me his parents had moved to TV but don't go out as they are homebodies. They don't avail themselves to all of the activities.

I agree TV lifestyle is geared to GO, GO, GO out and enjoy activities and the friendly people. I may be wrong and frequently am but I would tend to think one should be active to promote their health and friendships than to stay home and watch television.

If one wants to stay home all of the time, one can live anywhere.
