The market in TV isn't soft. (oh how I wish it was) but the market everywhere else is

I beg to differ Angie. I said it was soft, not depressed. In many areas it is depressed but certainly not in TV. It is, however IMO soft, when many resales are for sale for $10K or more less than what they were originally sold for. Also, TV is discounting new homes, which they would not do if the market wasn't a bit soft. I looked at one home last April that I really liked and is still for sale for a bit over 200k. When I looked it up on the tax website it was sold in 2007 for 267K.
