I just see many people on TOTV who appear to really hate living in TV. I don't know if they realize they sound like that or if some of the things the have been mentioned on this thread are true....
They just wouldn't be happy anywhere or they just are people who would complain about something!
I've been happy EVERYWHERE I've lived. But if I didn't like a place, I think I would move. Unless something was stopping me. I've seen them refer to people who don't agree with them as "drinking the Kool aid". Well... I guess I've drank the Kool aid everywhere I've lived because the only thing I don't like about were I live is a hard snow.
The market in TV isn't soft. (oh how I wish it was) but the market everywhere else is... They could get a bigger home just about anywhere but they stay in TV and complain? That, is what perplexes me.

Seems to me that I would never gage The Villages by the opinions here. If someone was a whiner he would more likely be at home in front of the computer complaining.
You really have to be here and talk to the people who are soaking up the amenities. I have been here a little over a year and have been involved with many activities and golf circles and i have never heard one person say to me that they do not like it here.
Remember, if somebody was a miserable SOB when he came here, I doubt that anything here would change his situation.
