Congratulations Frank.....good luck with the radon test. My home up in MD is in a radon prone area. I had no choice but to install a radon mitigation system. No one would even look at the house without a test showing the radon level was at or below permissible limits. Fortunately the system did the trick and test result came back well below allowable amount. Bad news is there is a fan in the garage attic that now runs 24/7 and has a slight hum that can be heard several places in the house. Oh well. Fix one thing mess up another.
