It hurts coming or going unless diplomacy is used....and you cannot really disguise bitterness with words....it seeps out.
So for instance I say I love this place and someone says I must work for the developer. Isn't that an attack? Or someone says I have been drinking the koolaid...isn't that an attack? Or someone lifts my words out of context...So the bullying goes on ....and one side is no better than the other.
