Those with the highest scores will have their points reduced by a secret panel and added to or redistributed to the low and failing scores of those who didn't work or study so underachievers will be on an equal footing with the more resourceful, driven participants. In other words, everybody passes with a C-. In true Marxist style, this system will perpetuate mediocrity, stifle initiative and kill the motivation to satisfy intellectual curiosity and achievement.
