One of the jobs of the President is to be leader of his political party. President Obama is the leader of the Democrats and one of the jobs is to raise funds. He is doing an outstanding job - and will keep office in 2012.

The Republicans are just too splintered right now with lines crossed all over the waters. They have to get some party unity going in order to be considered a force.

As I have said before, if the Republicans want to win the White House, they quickly have to put Mitt Romney as their candidate and then find someone who is not an extremist - like Caribou Barbie was in 2008 - for VP or the Republicans will lose again.
