a/c been on the back wall easy peasy for 2 golf carts and the 'truck'.
I still must have six or 8 feet in front of the 4Runner where I have boxes,
tools, lawn equipment. Seems very large, BUT I still have to do some cautious driving when getting the cart out with the car parked inside.
Good luck. Wouldn't trade my 3/2 Bonita for anything, it has worked well
for everything I brought with me to TV. If I put in attic stairs I will have
lots more room in the garage, but so far it's all good.
We have the post and the inside a/c-furnace and just drive the deepest golf cart to the side of the post and about 2 feet from the back of the garage (we have a narrow workbench in front of the wall). Both are carts are electric Club Cars, and the chargers are interchangeable (a fortunate accident). With our small car (Honda Fit) we still have room to get into both golf carts and the driver's door of the car, and if the car is parked where the passenger door opens between the carts, can even get in the car from the passenger side.

Some of the new villas I have seen have eliminated the post (which I think is there to keep you from running into the furnace), probably a cost savings. You could remove the post (and put a tire or something for safety in front of the furnace, but further over) and probably be able to pull the cart in a little closer to the wall to have a 2nd cart work for you.
