Seriously, I think people should take their dog out for a walk after they have done their business in their own back yard. This is why we all own a property of our own and are not renting an apartment on the streets of Manhattan or somewhere like that.

Absolutely. Go Pee and Poo on YOUR OWN lawn first. That first concentration of urine is awful on the lawn. I go to my lanai and stare at the dog owners. This way, they know I am watching them. (sometimes..I DO have a life). Better yet...bring your own Fido out and scare the crap out of their little shnitsoo, pitsooo or whatever.
