new station at Spanish Springs
This is a bus stop for connection to Amtrak - northbound at Jacksonville, southbound at Lakeland. Will be wonderful for visiting my daughter in NC (if I can't find a cheap flight), or need to go at the last minute, but most of all for taking cruises from Ft Lauderdale or Miami. Check it out on amtrak.com. The Villages Station letters are TVF.
We think a terrific opportunity for Villagers and/or visitors. The schedule looks good, and I'm guessing it's a non-stop bus, but not sure on that part.
