Thanks for everyone's responses. It is midnight and we have almost completed pricing everything.She purchased the house for her honeymoon house and her husband died 8 months later. She furnished the house with top of the line furniture,cookware etc and now has to clear everything out in tHree days.Even the golf cart. The house has been rarely occupied and most things are not even gently used. Perfect for furnishing A new home or a rental home. I can only help her a limited amount in the next few days.
