No problems with that for us, Herv? Our patio villa backs up to a CYV wall. Though we had to keep the pole-mount antenna pretty close to the house, the antenna points over the wall and between the roofs of the two CYVs behind us.
Appropriate line-of-sight will depend on the scenario around your house - other homes, landscaping, etc. to the south of your antenna.
