If it is a quote " It should say Guaranteed.
Quotes are binding: That is what you pay unless you added items that were not listed on your price quote:
An estimate is a guess and could change. However when we moved to South Dakota years ago, we got an estimate. However we were lucky as the moving company invoiced us. They added about $2,000 to the estimate because they said it was only an estimate,. We only paid the estimate price and refused to pay the added charges. If it was a estimate: (this was given by phone information only) not a walk through at the house. An estimate is a good guess.
