i believe Gator's Dockside and Margarita Republic in spanish springs are open until two.... unfortunately they are usually filled with very loud music and a younger crowd from the surrounding areas...sumter county only allows alcohol to be served until midnight, but lake county has a later deadline...lots of ballroom dancing around but all the rec centers close at ten so therefore the ball is over then, too. it would be very nice to have one classy place which stayed open later, at least on the weekend! i am not a drinker but i certainly love to chachacha! maybe someone should speak to the owner of luigioni's?
