I am soooooooooooooooooooooo Happy with this Keuig model. Wife got it for me last Christmas! The water reserve is a must. These machine are Da Bomb! Da Best! Da one! so simple even a CarGuy can't mess it up!
Only hard part is picking out all the cool new coffee blends, cocco, hot cider teas etc
We bought one for all the Kids for Christmas. One had a problem Company shipped and new one ASAP!
Don't know about the other Senseo model it might be great also.
