Gotta agree. I'm all for decorating how you want but make sure you take the wallpaper down when you want to sell. I had a "no wallpaper" requirement when we were house hunting. I just didnt want the hassle or cost of removing it. Our realtor told us the 3 reasons some houses take a long time to sell in TV are over pricing, clutter and wallpaper.
