If you buy the premade cups, it is expensive. However, I have a couple of cups made of plastic and a mesh that you refill and can use 100s of times. The keurig machines and the cuisant both come with refillable cups as well.

I buy both flavored and unflavored coffee beans, grind them at the store and use that. Speaking of coffee, I recently got some from THE COFFEE GOURMENT at the Spanish Springs craft fair and it was incredible. The vender will be at LSL Jan 7-8 and I am going to stock up. Her coffee iss $8 a bag and very highly flavored.
