The closest vendor to The Villages that I have found is a small trailer in the open space on 466 across from Laurel Manor pool. The Sabrett dogs found in supermarkets are not the same as those sold through pushcart vendors.
I've seen a cart no too far outside of TV in Fruitland Park near 466A where 441&27 meets 25A. Don't know what they sell but I've seen them setup there at least a couple of times. I've marked the spot on a map in the following link:
