Proving harassment is difficult as it is usually a "he said, she said" proposition, and the possibility does exist that someone would make those allegations for political reasons. That is a secondary reason not to trust Cain, the primary reason being he is in the Koch Brothers pocket. That makes him verrry dangerous and suspect.
