This might be a good indication as to why raising the point is so important.
A question could also be rasied as to why use of "alcohol" is so critical to so many. I am not implyimg it is wrong to be a responsible drinker but to commit it to such a high importance as indicated by the number of people who are concerned relative to its control really shows the need to monitor usage and driving whether it is a golf cart, a car or a "soap box"..

I'm not trying to be argumentative, but didn't this thread start out about sitting in/on a parked cart at the squares drinking alcoholic beverages...not drinking and driving any mode of transportation? I don't see where the "use of alcohol is so critical to so many" any more than where dogs do their thing, noise after a certain hour of night, etc. to others.
