I took the trolley tour last year, and it did stay south of 466, so I agree it is a primarily a sales tour for the new construction, but it is worth going on as it only lasts about 45 minutes. To get the full picture of The Villages, go north by the Nancy Lopez country club, go the the Spanish Springs area, go to the Historical Side. Don't hesitate to talk to people in the Squares, in stores and restaurants. Most people are happy to talk about their lives in The Villages. And enjoy yourself!
