while it was presented in jest, it actually highlights the ridiculous ease in trimming spending. And there are hundreds of thousands of line items just as ridiculous as these 10....they are the pet projects of the lawmakers and their supporters, lobbyists and special interest groups.

What Washington has going for it is the apathy in America to go after these incompetent elected folks and make demands of them.

Maybe we could get the Wall Street Occupiers to go after the real problem...Washington's business as usual.

Washington needs a major enema to clean out the crap that runs it!!
