Methinks the guy from memphis desires to enter politics. I like his suggestions which all have merit. the Departments of Energy,Education and the EPA should be eliminated and/or scaled down drastically. Come to think of it not scaled down seems there is so much fertilizer in Washington places like that grow leaps and bounds.
