This has all the signs of what snopes calls "glurge".

There are no references. No mention of WHO the doctor was or WHERE the clinic was. It also always happens to "a friend" who's name is never mentioned. There's no mention of what statute might be quotes - no mention of anyone who might have lost their CCW permit and let's not forget that those are STATE permits and the DHS is a FEDERAL agency.

Never mind the fact that "Obamacare", by and large HASN'T HAPPENED YET - so all this talk about what "Obamacare" *did* is IMPOSSIBLE since nothing's been DONE. Heck it's still being held up in the courts with the exception of the "covering kids under 26" rule.
