Whether Obamacare has or hasn't happened yet is irrelevant. Obamacare has numerous objectives with implementation deadlines. One of these is mandatory EMR-Electronic Medical Records system. Our hospital for one, is frantically working on this in order for the system to go live by the deadline. Hence asking questions that are going into the system, even tho Obamacare hasn't yet "happened"...Then once it has happened, the Federal Govt will have quick access to our files. The boards will know how well each of us comply with doctors orders, you know, take those pills whether you agree or not. If that doesn't scare you, what will?
