We talked extensively with three nurseries when shopping for our palm:

The Village Palms
They all offer quality stock that you can see, all have decent warranties on their palms, provide installation and all have gift certificates available.
They are knowledgeable and will offer the pros and cons of each variety.
They have all been around a very long time and love what they do.
The nice thing about these nurseries is that, should your recipient decide a palm won't work after all, there will be an abundance of other things to choose from.
