I respect your opinion, but I must say that this President had ZERO experience to qualify him for the office and I think the Republican side offers at least two who offer what we need..Romney and Gingrich. Does not mean I support either of them but they do have the experience and the incumbent has made that trait important in my view.

Having said that, NOBODY who has experience is without his/her shortcomings....President Obama had no experience thus all we knew is what he told us and we know that did not come to pass.

NOBODY ....NOBODY will fulfill all we want...name me just one of either party who walked so perfectly as you are looking for. I can come up with many negatives for each and every candidate. Only one served as President and he has not done so well...thus....

What you say about alternatives is your slant speaking. I suspect there could NEVER BE a Republican to suit you frankly.

I will agree on the debates, HOWEVER, you have to keep in mind....as many on here reminded me in 2008 on this forum...these are debates WITHIN a party and pure politics. If you review the Obama/Clinton debates they had an entirely different tone than the general election.
