My favorite is when he wouldn't allow democrats to attend his budget signing in Lake Sumter Square. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it on TV and read about it in the paper. These fellow Villagers were being escorted off the property by the sheriff like common thugs. Is he the governor of all of Florida or just Lake Sumter Square? I can't believe this is the US of A in 2011. He made TV the laughing stock of the state.

Not really. It's not an uncommon thing either. Democrats regularly stock and then police their attendance in similar situations. Hillary Clinton for one. It's wasn't a news story on the day it happened let alone a wider story.
