Default Christmas parade
We will be visiting TV, in Dec. Will be staying at a hotel in TV. Would like to attend Christmas parade at the Polo field. Can anyone tell me if it is open to non-residents? Do we need tickets and is there a charge? Also time it will start? : Thanks
