Where did that bill that the President signed come from? Last time I looked, legislation comes from the U.S. Congress and then is only ratified by the POTUS.
As far as the money flowing from the lobbyists, have you ever seen a report or even a rumor of lobbyists lobbying and making contributions to the President of the U.S. in exchange for his signature on a bill...
