In America we call it free enterprise and earning the rewards for your hard work and sacrifice. The Developer put it all on the line to make this place happen. His hard work and good sense for business resulted in this fantastic retirement community we all enjoy. Why do some people see that as a bad thing? In Europe, under socialism, they are at the point of financially breaking. They remain afloat by more borrowing.
