This is our first post and things are moving very quickly. My wife stopped by the Villages at the end of a business trip in early November and wound up buying a new lot in the Village of Fernadina. We are building in Sanibel, behind the Captiva Rec Center. We are building a Begonia with a stretch lanai. Our back is to a villa wall. We will be closing on 12/29 on Raven Croft Terrace. Hope to see you at the pool!
