I guess what concerns me
in addition to the taste and smell is whether the report/s from Homefacts
differ from those of the Utility itself. That would be very interesting.
Not saying the developer is with holding information critical to health and
safety, but wondering how two reports might differ. The one on Homefacts, I think, is the same one Lady Doc noted about 2.1 on a scale to 10. I'm
just one HO saying, "Ugh", but it feels like people have spent lots of dollars
working around the 'problem'. It would seem to me the developer ought to
be helping those of us with cruddy water.
While I looked at the house obviously, had an inspection prior to making an
offer, I didn't taste the water, nor did the inspector mention he did...or the
odor emanating. Could be the best kept secret,but not a good one, Russ.
I'll be looking for the report whenever it is published.
It shows Gary Morse as head of the North Sumter Utility, does that mean it
is a public or private utility? Do you know?
