How do you know that a lot of offers to lease the space that recently became Luigino's Restaurant were turned down? You must have an "in" with the developer!
I think the commercial space in both squares is expensive because I have seen frequent vacancies over the last four years. It is hard for a business to sustain itself with the fluctuations of population as we come and go here. When the population drops during the slow season, the bills go on. But that is only a guess on my part. Come on Richie.
How do you you know???
