I think the commercial space in both squares is expensive because I have seen frequent vacancies over the last four years. It is hard for a business to sustain itself with the fluctuations of population as we come and go here. When the population drops during the slow season, the bills go on. But that is only a guess on my part. Come on Richie.

Well I can not speak for Richie but I do remember an article in The Daily Sun about Luigino's. I believe it was an announcement that Luigino's would be coming and it mentioned that various others had expressed interest in putting a restaurant in that space.
