Not sure why you think this but I would say 'doubtful'. There is already many, many, many stores and business in and around SS. People still need some places to eat. And besides I sure he doesn't care what is there as long as the space is leased for the most money it can be leased for (demand drives the price). It is already a monopoly, the developer owns all the land already and the relatively low cost of entertainment brings in the crowds to frequent all these places he can justify a high lease price on.
