No probelm with this but these people do not always know or understand the rules, conventions, and etiquette.

I have thought that an "Introduction to the Golf Course" course should be required before golfers receive their PGA cards (Play Golf Acceptably)!!!

You're right. Many people (not just here and not just golf) don't have a clue regarding etiquette. Someone posted sometime ago on another thread about some golfers thinking that it is the ambassador's responsibility to rake traps. Go figure.
