I checked the Florida Board of Dentistry and they list his license as active but voluntarily withdrawn. That means he has voluntarily withdrawn from practice and is currently not allowed to practice. If you believe he is involved in the practice of Dentistry in any way that requires a license, than I urge you to notify the State Board of Dentistry at 850-488-0595.
