I sent an email to Janet Tutt, District Manager regarding construction in the Village of Santiago. Here is her reply....

I really appreciate your helping us to address rumors.
There is plan (subject to District 1 finalizing in the morning) to move forward with a one way path across District property (adjacent to wetland area) to the De La Vista postal facility to allow carts to access it without going out on to Morse.
Other than that, there are no other activities taking place.
