I knew you said Village of Santiago. I just wanted you to know what was happening just in case that is where the rumor was coming from re: the roadway. I am not aware of anything happening in Santiago. I have copied Sam in case he is aware of anything.

I think the original poster should provide more information to her claim, street, area, etc.
