The property owner in Lakes and Live Oaks south of the Village of Santiago is clearing a path for exercising the horses, a road is not being built.

What I told you is a fact....not a rumor. There are ATV's, golf carts, and motorcycles riding on the dirt ROAD that they are making in back of my house!! So it is not a PATH to just exercise horses!

Also, I have in writing that my property bordered a Wildlife Preserve that would always remain rural. Now I see carts carrying garbage cans and pulling horses down this road. I am sick over this and plan to see what I can do legally.
