The thing I couldn't figure out was we looked at one water view and then an inside lot and the water view was $130,000 more for a smaller house that the inside lot with a bigger and I would say nicer upgrades. We were also told that the designer picked out what would be in eash home and that we would have no choices. He said that if we want white cabinets we could only have them if they were in the inventory so I guess they want to get rid of what they have in thier warehouse.

When we looked at the Villas in Tamarind Grove in September, we were told the same thing - there are no choices up front - you find as many of the things you want and that's the house ...no flooring, cabinent etc. choices. It is the major thinkg making us think maybe cottage.
