Caramel apple dip. I brought this to a party last weekend and it went fast!
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 - bottle of caramel syrup (syrup that you pour on top of ice cream)
8 - 10 crushed mini Butterfinger bars
Mix together, pour into a serving dish and top with more crushed Butterfingers. Slice a dozen apples (I use 6 green and 6 red at Christmas time) and place on a platter with dip in the middle). Make sure you get some before it is gone! Enjoy!
