Hot Sausage DIP
1 lb. Velvetta, cut into small cubes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. hot sausage (Webbers or Edwards)
Tortilla chips
Brown sausage and drain well. Melt cheese in crock pot (several hours) or in microwave. Add tomatoes and sausage and heat through (or keep in crock pot, stirring occasionally). Serve on tortilla chips.
Refrigerate leftovers and when needed microwave, stirring often.
I've never made this that people don't ask for the recipe!!
