Just not sure why we are such safety extremists, here in TV. In my entire life, I have never lived in a place with such low speed limits, yet we are still talking of driving too fast (at 20 or 25mph ????) and how dangerous it is on TV streets.
I believe speed limits can be too low... We have passed that threshold, in my opinion.
