My wife was hired at the Red Sauce for a hostess position. She worked one day and decided not to accept the job because she was offered a position at a restaurant in The Villages that treats its female employees with respect. Ever since then Rick the owner refuses to pay my wife for the one day that she did work. Rick then verbally assualted my wife outside his restaurant and called her a "bimbo waitress like the rest of my crew" after trying to collect her wages for the one day. Seems to me like he he hates women and thinks females are a inferior being. Please be cautious of this man.
