I don't understand the problem. One person states they have not been paid and the other states they paid them. This is why we have courts, specifically small claims courts. Let the Judge hear the proof from both sides and then render a ruling. That is "exactly" why there are small claims court and the opportunity to resolve issues and complaints. Shame on the one not telling the truth!!
